Intensive Care

The intensive care unit of Belize Healthcare Partners Limited has a state of the art facility that is the biggest and the first in the entire country .Belize Healthcare Partners Limited’s ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is a section of the hospital especially separated for the advanced caring for seriously ill patients that require special treatment and monitoring apart from other patients. These patients need constant supervision of nurses/doctors.

The unit is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with a staff ratio of 1:1 which includes Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists, Nurses, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Trauma Services, Dietitians and Physical Therapists.
